Use the button below to view available appointment times and book your consultation . If this is your first consultation I strongly recommend that you leave yourself a minimum of 2-4 days before we meet to fill out the intake questionnaire before we meet. I will send you the questionnaire and a treatment consent form once you are scheduled in the calendar. All consultations are conducted on Zoom.
PLEASE NOTE: Appointment times in the calendar are Arizona, MST but you can adjust to see times in your time zone.
Current Fees
First consultation | $325
Included in this service: review of intake questionnaire, zoom consultation 1-2 hrs, post consultation analysis, remedy recommendation, email support between appointments.
Pediatric first consultation (infant -12 yrs) | $250
Included in this service: review of intake questionnaire, zoom consultation 1-2 hrs, post consultation analysis, remedy recommendation, email support between appointments. If you have more than one child in treatment, we can discuss a reduced fee for first consultations.
Follow up | $95
Included in this service: 30 mins -1hr consultation, evaluation of progress, new remedy analysis when necessary, email support between appointments.
Acute care for
constitutional clients | $75
Acute care for non-constitutional clients | $95
Included in this service: 20-45 mins phone or zoom consultation, 5 days of follow up care by phone + email. If further follow up and treatment are needed after 5 days, then $55 will be charged for another 5 days of care.
Extended Follow-Up
for existing constitutional
clients | $190
An extended follow up may be required if we haven’t followed up for 6 months or more. This will be similar to your first consultation and will offer you more time and support than a typical follow up. Included in this service: zoom consultation 1-2 hrs, post consultation analysis, remedy recommendation, email support between appointments.
Consultations take place online using Zoom. I will send you a meeting link that can be used every time we meet. It is required that you use a computer or large tablet (not a phone) with a stable, high-speed internet connection. If you are very sick during an acute, we may speak on the phone, rather than video conferencing.
All payment is due at the time of service. This includes charges for telephone consultations. Email and short telephone communications between appointments, within reason, are included in fees.
Cancellations: Please cancel appointments with at least 24 hours notice. The full fee will be charged if cancellation isn’t made within this time frame.
My services are not covered by insurance, including Medicare and Medicaid, but you may be able to use your FSA funds.
